At MOROCCO SIGNATURE LLP, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Moroccan artisanal products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order, in accordance with EU and UK Consumer Rights regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Perishable goods (such as food products or argan oil) if the seal has been broken.
- Gift cards.
Handmade Disclaimer:
Please note that our products are handmade by artisans. Small irregularities in shape, size, or color are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, you must contact us at contact@morocco-signature.co.uk with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return Address: We will provide you with the specific return address Warehouse in Morocco (France, Spain and Germany soon) via email confirmation.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately with photos. In this specific case, we will cover the return shipping costs or offer a full refund/replacement without requiring a return.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to grant only partial refunds for items with obvious signs of use, or items not in their original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@morocco-signature.co.uk.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at contact@morocco-signature.co.uk.
