2. Nature of the Products (Handcraft Disclaimer)
Our products are handcrafted by artisans in Morocco. As a result, each piece is unique. Small variations in size, color, patterns, or slight imperfections (such as the scent of natural leather or variations in wood grain) are characteristic of handmade goods and do not constitute defects. These variations confirm the authenticity of our products.
3. Ordering Process
To place an order, you must add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. The contract between you and Morocco Signature is formed only when we send you a confirmation email dispatching the goods. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock issues or suspicion of fraud.
4. Pricing and Taxes
- Currency: All prices are displayed in EUR (€).
- EU Customers: For customers within the European Union, prices Include VAT depending on the applicable threshold and IOSS registration. The final price including any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.
- Import Duties: Morocco Signature ships from Morocco and soon from France and United-Kingdom.
- « Please note that for deliveries outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are levied once the delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. »
5. Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the following countries only:
United-Kingdom, France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary between 10 to 15 business days depending on the destination.
- Swiss Customers: For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs fees may apply upon receipt, which are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds Strategy
In compliance with UK and EU consumer laws, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
